Sanity Cards is a social entertainment game. Drinking-related content is entirely optional — players may substitute non-alcoholic beverages at any time. You are solely responsible for your own choices during gameplay.

Sanity Cards and its developers accept no responsibility for personal injury or illness, property damage, alcohol-related harm, or any other consequence of activities performed during or after gameplay. All players participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

No card, rule, or instruction in this app creates any obligation to consume alcohol or perform any act. Any player may decline any activity at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required.

Cards, chat messages, and other content submitted by players are their sole responsibility. Do not submit illegal, harmful, or objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove content and to warn, kick, or ban players who violate this, and players can report or block other players directly in the app.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
